Gardaland will
present two new attractions for the season 2010:
SpongeBob 4-D and Inferis: Labirinto del Terrore.
SpongeBob
4-D:
an exclusive animated adventure of the most popular
marine sponge the world has ever seen, which will bring
on the screens of the majestic Time Voyagers a
captivating 4-D episode courtesy of Nickelodeon. Between
waves and bizarre marine creatures spectators will
experience an engrossing tale set in the legendary
Bikini Bottom, city whose citizens are none other than
SpongeBob and his friends Patrick Star, Squidward
Tentacles, Mr. Krabs and Sheldon J. Plankton. Thanks to
the innovative three-dimensional animation and to the
special effects including wind, odours, light games,
water splashes, vibrations, tickling and armchair
movements, spectators will be protagonists of an
exciting and incredible multi-sensorial adventure in the
company of SpongeBob.
Inferis, Labirinto del Terrore:
the first "hell themed horror house” ever presented in
Italy, a frightening labyrinth to be braved on foot,
dedicated to those courageous few who do not shy away
from true terror... 15 sinister sets, a place crawling
with shocking “live” presences, gruesome "flesh and
bone" individuals ready to “send shivers down the
spines” of those who dare to enter. “Inferis: Labirinto
del Terrore” – strictly forbidden for those under the
age of 14 – will arise to occupy a surface of over 1000
square metres, spawning a labyrinth path of over 150
metres.

RUMORS
NEW ROLLER COASTER B&M 2011
The direction of Gardaland has
spread through YouTube.com, in April 09, a promotional video to
gauge public opinion about what should be the new 2011. In the
video (now gone) were offered three attractions, all belonging
to the type of roller coasters, a Dive Machine, a Fly Coaster
and Tower Coaster.
Currently, the hypothesis of a new roller coaster seems
to be confirmed and, according an article recently
published on the First Drop Magazine, it could be a
prototype of B&M Dive Machine with a innovative train.

The new attraction will be built in the area where until
2009 there were Tunga and the Ice Palace (now removed).
